If you were ever looking for the definition of awkward, the boys at Polo 306 have found it, my friends.
Props to my friend Evan Minsker, who - along with my facebook stalking - made this blog post possible.
A certain member of the Pack disguises himself as the Burger King, bringing joy and Whoppers to the students of Wake Forest.
The Pack is back (apologies for the delay).
Episode 2: Missing Persons
In this episode, Beau Burns and Clint Wilson go looking for their lost roommates, Andrew Imboden and Daniel Holst. They both lament their friends’ disappearance from their lives and mourn the loss in different yet surprisingly similar ways.
Mr. Beau Burns, distinguished member of the Pack of Polo 306, offers yet another ringing endorsement of the one and only Dean Shore.
Watch out for Episode 2 of the Pack coming out Today!
Like Beau’s, here’s my video for our production class. The song is Johnny Ryall by the Beastie Boys. It’s 3 minutes long, and it was edited on Final Cut Pro. Stay tuned!
The quiet rooms across the hall
Emit a certain hollow call,
As I sit here, a-spooning Kix,
Alone in Polo 306.
Upstairs I wander to and fro -
A game of Smash? Forget it, Beau.
I cannot scratch my gaming itch
Alone in Polo 306.
But wait! Was that a noise I heard?
Did Daniel shout something absurd?
It wasn’t him; the quiet’s fixed.
I’m all alone in 306.
I check to see if Andrew’s up,
And sure enough, his bed’s made up.
It’s deader than the River Styx,
Alone in Polo 306.
When will A and C and D
Come back to join their fellow B?
For now, I guess I’ll get my kicks
Alone in Polo 306.
Beau Burns shoots an astounding 18 on the Polo 306 mini-golf course. That one is going to be tough to beat, ladies and gents.
